VVER 2019
Recent & Future

 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

We would like to invite prospective authors to submit abstracts on any of the VVER 2019 conference topics. These must be written in English.

Short abstracts, of no more than 200 words, should be emailed in doc or docx file to the Conference Secretariat:
helena.subrtova@vver2019.com.

  • There is no template for the abstract, but it shall contain:
  • Corresponding author – Name SURNAME, e-mail address
  • Preference for the presentation in verbal or poster form
  • The appropriate topic
  • Title of the paper
  • Author(s) – Name SURNAME(s) and Institution(s)
  • Body of abstract

Please ensure that your abstracts do not contain Figures, References, Tables or Equations.

Check spelling and grammar carefully – direct reproduction from your electronically sent abstract text means that any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific data will be reproduced as submitted.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is June 25, 2019. For extension please contact Conference Secretariat.
 

The Programme Committee evaluates the abstracts and will notify the corresponding author about the acceptance of their paper for presentation until September 13, 2019 at the latest.

PRESENTATIONS

The extent of the paper is not limited, nevertheless the time for the verbal presentation will be limited. PowerPoint Presentation should be submitted as an e-mail attachment sent to the Programme Committee by October 10, 2019.

POSTER SESSION

The size of the poster panels are 1 x 2 m in portrait format. Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be displayed. Fixing material will be provided.

PROCEEDINGS

A copy of the Book of Abstracts will be distributed at the conference. The PowerPoint Presentation presented at the conference will be able for download on the conference website after the conference.
